摘　　要：目的研究多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)细胞的免疫表型特点及意义。方法采用直接免疫荧光法及三色流式细胞术,分析30例多发性骨髓瘤免疫表型。结果 30例MM患者的CD38、CD138均为阳性,CD3、CD10、CD22、CD34均为阴性,CD56表达阳性25例(83.3%),CD28表达阳性8例(26.7%),CD117表达阳性3例(10.0%),CD 45弱阳性表达5例(16.7%),仅1例低表达CD19及CD20。结论细胞免疫表型可以鉴别良恶性浆细胞,对MM辅助诊断、监测微小残留及靶向治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the feature and significance of the cell immunophenotype on patients with multiple myeloma. Methods Multiple parameters of flow cytomctry and direct immunofluorescence were used to analysis the cell immunophenotype from 30 patients with multiple myeloma. Results The cell immunophenotype CD38 and CD138 were all positive in all 30 patients, CD3,CD10, CD22 ,CD34 were all negative, CD56 were positive in 25 cases（83.3% ） , CD28 were positive in 8 cases（26.7% ） , CDI17 were positive in 3 case（ 10.0% ） ,CD45 was weakly positive in 5 cases （16.7%）, CD19 and CD20 were weak expression in only one case. ConclusionBy detecting the cell immunophenotype, malignant or benign plasma cells can be evaluated. FCM detection is helpful in auxiliary diagno- sis of MM, detection of minimal residual disease and targeted therapy.
