联合检测AFP,CRP,CA19-9在原发性肝癌诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的评价联合检测AFP,CRP,CA19-9在原发性肝癌诊断中的临床意义。方法本研究针对44例原发性肝癌患者及28例健康体检者,进行血清AFP,CRP,CA19-9检测,经电化学发光免疫分析检测血清AFP,CRP,CA19-9水平。结果 (1)原发性肝癌患者的血清AFP,CRP,CA19-9水平分别为27.9 ng/ml、29.2 mg/L及123.8 U/ml,与健康体检者的2.8 ng/ml、3.5 mg/L及12.9 U/ml相比均有显著差异(t=6.112、7.546、19.762,P<0.05);(2)血清AFP,CRP,CA19-9联合检测阳性率为97.7%,显著高于单独检测阳性率(65.9%、72.7%、68.2%,χ2=8.236、6.035、8.004,P<0.05)。结论联合检测AFP,CRP,CA 19-9有助于原发性肝癌的早期诊断,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To study the clinical value of combined detection of the serum levels of AFP, CRP and CA 19-9 in the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods 44 patients with primary liver cancer and 28 health examination participants were included. The serum levels of AFP, CRP and CA 19-9 were measured by Electrochemiluminescence. Results （1）Compared with healthy controls, AFP, CRP and CA 19-9 had significant difference in primary liver cancer patients（27.9 ng/ml vs 2.8 ng/ml, 29.2 mg/L vs 3.5 mg/L, 123.8 U/ml vs 12.9 U/ml, t=-6.112,7.546, 19.762,P〈0.05）; （2）The positive rate of combined detection of three tumor markers were higher than single detection （97.7% vs 65.9%, 72.7%, 68.2% ,x 2=8.236,6.035,8.004, P〈0.05）.Conciusion The combined detection of AFP, CRP and CA 19-9 might be helpful for the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
