摘 要:采用PAM-CRASH软件建立了某轿车的侧面碰撞有限元模型,对该模型进行有限元分析,并通过试验验证了其有效性。根据上述仿真和试验的结果分析了原结构存在的缺陷,提出了可能的结构改进措施,再采用正交试验设计分析了各结构参数对乘员伤害的影响程度,初步选定了结构改进方案。最后通过全因子试验确定了两处关键结构的具体参数。结果表明,改进后该车在侧面碰撞中的假人伤害指标得到改善,基于C-NCAP的假人得分由12分提高到13.2分。A finite element (FE) model for the side impact of a car is developed CRASH, on which a finite element analysis is conducted and a test is also performed with its with the software PAM- results verifying the va- lidity of the model. Base on the results of above simulation and test, the defects of the original structures are ana- lyzed and the possible structure improvement measures are proposed. Then the significances of the effects of struc- tural parameters on occupant injuries are analyzed by using the technique of orthogonal design of experiment with a preliminary scheme of structural modification selected. Finally the parameters of two key structures are determined through full-factorial experiment. The results indicate that the crash safety performance for side impact is improved after structure modification with the C-NCAP score increasing from 12 ooints to 13.2 ooints.
