摘　　要：利用AdvantEdge FEM有限元模拟软件模拟二维车削加工,分析刀具在常规加工中,采用不同涂层材料、涂层数和涂层厚度对于刀具等效应力变化规律的影响,为以后在加工中刀具涂层的选择提供部分参考。Using AdvantEdge FEM simulation software to simulate the two -dimensional turning processing in this paper, analyses tools in conventional machining, with different coating material, coating and coating thickness for the equivalent stress change rule of tools, providing some reference for the selection of coating in the later machining tools.
