浅论仲景方药煎煮方法及对后世的影响

摘　　要：方药的煎煮方法是中医辨证施治的重要内容之一,也是仲景学术思想的重要组成部分。煎煮方法包括煎药方法,煎煮时间和所用溶媒,煎药方法有诸药同煎、先煎、后下、烊化、去滓重煎、沸水浸渍、分煎合和等;煎煮时间主要根据药物性能和病情而定;所用溶媒包括清水、酒、水酒混合、先水后蜜煎、水醋合煎、清浆水煎、潦水煎、甘澜水煎等。Deeocting drugs of formulas is one of the most important contents about TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation, and also a necessary part of Zhang Zhongjing＇s academic ideas. It includes methods of decocting drugs ,decocting time and solvents. Meth-ods of decoeting drugs are as follows：all the drugs are mixed and decoeted together ;decocted first ;decocted later;melted by heating; decocted again after gruff is removed ;melted after drugs are immersed in boiling water;or first decoeted separately then mixed with other decoction. Decoction time should be based on the nature of drugs and features of disease. Solvents include clean water, or wine, or mixture of water and wine,or fluid first decocted by water then by honey,or fluid decoeted by mixture of water and vinegar,or flu-id decocted by pure serous water,ar fluid decocted by stored rain water,or fluid decocted by worked water.
