摘  要:目的 探讨肿瘤转移相关基因-1(MTAl)和血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)蛋白在胃癌发生发展中的相关性.方法 应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测48例胃癌组织、癌旁组织以及20例胃组织中两种基因蛋白的表达,对其相关性进行分析.结果 胃癌组织中的MTA1表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组织和正常组织(68.75%、52.08%和35.00%),VEGF-C表达阳性率明显高于癌旁的组织和正常组织(85.42%、64.58%和45.00%),并且两者的表达均与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关,两者的表达呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 MTA1可能通过VEGF-C信号途径参与胃癌的发生发展.Objective To investigate the correlation between tumor metastasis-associated gene 1 (MTA1) and vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) protein in the development of stomach carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining (SP method) was used to detect the expression of MTA1 and VEGF-C in 48 cases of stomach carcinoma tissue and the corresponding tissue adjacent to carcinoma,and 20 cases of normal stomach mucosa tissues.Results The positive expression rate of MTA1 in cancer tissues was significantly higher than in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma and normal tissues (68.75%,52.08% and 35.00%).The positive expression rate of VEGF-C in cancer tissues was significantly higher than in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma and normal tissues (85.42%,64.58% and 45.00%).Both MTA1 and VEGF-C expression was correlated with tumor invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.The expression of MTA1 and VEGF-C had a linear correlation.Conclusion MTA1 may be involved in the development of stomach carcinoma possibly through VEGF-C signaling pathways.
