摘  要:目的 观察榄香烯超顺磁性隐形纳米脂质体对人肿瘤细胞克隆形成和侵袭的影响.方法 制备榄香烯超顺磁性隐形纳米脂质体,采用不同浓度的榄香烯超顺磁性隐形纳米脂质体处理人喉癌Hep-2细胞后,以平板克隆形成方法检测癌细胞克隆形成,以Transwell方法检测肿瘤细胞侵袭能力.结果 平板克隆实验结果显示,对照组、不同浓度(2.5、5.0、10.0 mg/L)榄香烯超顺磁性隐形纳米脂质体处理组克隆形成数分别为(102±8)、(82 ±5)、(57±6)和(25 ±3)个.Transewell结果显示,空白对照组、不同浓度(2.5、5.0、10.0 mg/L)榄香烯超顺磁性隐形纳米脂质体处理组细胞穿过滤膜的细胞分别为(123 ±8)、(89±7)、(60±6)和(35 ±5)个.结论 榄香烯超顺磁性隐形纳米脂质体可抑制人喉癌细胞克隆形成和侵袭,具有潜在的应用价值.Objective To study the effects of Elemene superparamagnetic stealth nano liposome on clone formation and invasion of human laryngeal carcinoma cell.Methods Elemene superparamagnetic stealth nano liposome was prepared.After human laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cell were treated with different doses of Elemene superparamagnetic stealth nano liposome,and clones of cancer cell was studied by plate cloning test,and invasion ability were determined by Transwell assay.Results The plate cloning test showed that,clones of cancer cell was (102 ±8),(82 ±5),(57 ±6) and (25 ±3) n,respectively,in the blank control group,groups of different concentrations (2.5,5.0,10.0 mg/L) nanometer magnetic element.Transwell results showed that,the cells treated cells through membrane filter was (123 ± 8),(89 ± 7),(60 ± 6) and (35 ± 5) n,respectively,in the blank control group,groups of different concentrations (2.5,5.0,10.0 mg/L) Elemene superparamagnetic stealth nano liposome.Conclusion Elemene superparamagnetic stealth nano liposome can reduce cell proliferation and invasion of laryngeal carcinoma suggesting with it has potential application value.
