摘　　要：动态联盟是敏捷制造的一种实施形式，从生产管理的角度，结合我国中小企业的特 点，研究在由中小企业组成的区域性动态联盟中ＭＲＰ的适用性问题，并结合实例提出动 态联盟ＭＲＰ计划的编制原理和实施方法．Virtual organization (VO) is one of paradigms of Agile Manufacturing. From the viewpoint of production management, the suitability of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in VO grouped locally by a number of small and medium--sized enterprises (SME) is discussed in the environment of Chinese SME. According to a case study, the principle of MRP in VO is also indicated.
