摘 要:针对火箭炮伺服系统实际运行过程中存在不确定干扰和噪声,而微分运算对噪声极为敏感,容易放大噪声,激发系统的未建模特性,严重影响控制器精度,所以不宜直接对参考信号进行微分操作,故设计了一种高增益观测器来估计信号的高阶导数信息。提出建立火箭炮机电伺服系统模型,采用高增益观测器对信号的高阶导数进行估计,就避免了微分项膨胀问题,从而为设计控制律提供准确的信息,最终设计了鲁棒控制律。仿真和实验结果表明,上述方法不仅保证了系统的静、动态特性,而且对于系统不确定性具有较强的鲁棒性。研究结果为进一步完善控制器理论结构及实践应用提供了参考依据。Differential operation is extremely sensitive to noises which is easily to be amplificated, thus stimula- ting system's unmodeled features and seriously affecting the accuracy of the controller, so the reference signal is not suitable to operate the differential directly. A high-gain observer to estimate the higher order derivatives of the signal was designed for the actual operation of rocket launcher servo system with uncertain disturbance and noise. This paper firstly established the eleetromeehanieal servo system of rocket launcher model, and a high-gain observer was applied to estimate the higher order derivatives of the signal, thus avoiding the problem of differential term expansion, so as to provide accurate information for the final design of robust control law. Simulation analysis shows that the proposed ap- proach can guarantee the static and dynamic performance, and possess a strong robustness to parameters perturbation. The results can provide a reference for improving the theoretical structure and practical application of controllers.
