摘  要:在大型机械设备中,由于故障特征相互之间在时域内存在干扰,导致设备的故障信号特征在这种随机叠加的过程中,无法形成稳定的信号规律,不能被准确提取。当前的故障识别模型都是基于完整故障特征进行故障识别的,还没有办法识别不稳定的故障特征。本文提出一种基于外部校正模型的非规则机械设备故障信号识别方法。该方法在充分研究非规则故障信号特征的基础上,设定一种外部干预函数,对故障特征形成周期性的校正,使得其特征的瞬态啮合振动频率曲线可以显示出周期性动态特性,从而提取出非周期性的故障信号特征。以MATLAB为工具进行信号仿真分析。实验结果表明,该方法能够提高非周期性故障信号的识别准确度,识别准确性增加。In large-scale mechanical equipment, since the mutual interference between the fault characteristics exists in time domain, causing that the failure characteristics of the equipment at this random superimposed process can not form a stable signal rule and this signal cannot be accurately extracted. Because the current models are based on integrity fault features to process fault identification, there is no way to identify the unstable fault characteristics. This paper presented an irregular fault signal recognition method for mechanical equipment based on external calibra- tion model. Based on full study of irregular fault signal characteristics, an exterior intervention function was set to make periodic calibration for the fault characteristics. And then, the feature of transient mesh vibration frequency curve can be displayed with periodical dynamic behaviour, thereby the extraction of aperiodic fault signal characteris- tics wa achieved. MATLAB was employed as a simulation tool for signal simulation analysis. Experimental results show that the method can improve the recognition accuracy of aperiodic fault signal and increase recognition veracity.
