摘　　要：本文通过对高职院校毕业生就业现状和主要渠道进行调查,分析影响就业的主要因素,主要提出开拓高职院校毕业生就业渠道的一些对策,以实现学生的高质量就业。Based on investigation on the employment status and main channel of vocational graduates, this paper analyzed the main factors that affect employment, mainly put forward some measures to develop vocational graduates＆#39; employment channels so as to achieve high-quality student employment.
