后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的技巧与体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的手术技巧。方法：回顾性分析110例后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果：110例中，8例中转开放手术，102例经后腹腔镜获得成功。手术时间60～220 min，术中出血量约20～180 ml。术后随访3～24个月，未见严重并发症及肿瘤复发或转移。结论：后腹腔镜肾癌根治术具有微创手术解剖清晰、创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点。术者的经验和熟练的手术技巧可有效降低患者术后并发症。Objective：To summarize the clinical skills and experience for retroperitoneal laparoseopic radical nephrectomy .Methods：The clinical data were retrospectively examined in 110 cases treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.Results：102 of the 110 cases successfully under-went the procedure,and 8 required referral to open surgery.The operation time averaged 60 to 220 min,and intraoperative blood loss was 20 to 180 ml.A mean follow-up in a period of 3 to 24 months showed no significant complications,no relapse or tumor metastasis.Conclusion：Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy may lead to clear surgical field at the lesion,minimal invasion,less intraoperative blood loss and early recovery.Besides,skillful opera-tion and rich clinical experience can ensure reduced postoperative complications for the patients .
