摘 要:为了应对发达国家严格限制人造板甲醛释放量的法律法规,解决人造板甲醛释放量超标带来的健康危害,摆脱醛类胶对不可再生石化资源的依赖,开发了以豆粕为原料制备的环保大豆无醛胶。通过介绍豆胶的发展历程、粘接机理及改性研究进展、技术指标及应用工艺,表明豆基胶黏剂经过改性,完全可以用于胶合板、地板生产等领域,其产业化前景广阔。Formaldehyde-based resins are the predominant adhesives applled m tne wooo prouucts industry. However, wood products bonded with formaldehyde-based adhesives have the drawback of formaldehyde emission. Many strict regulations have been carried out to limit or reduce the emission of formaldehyde. Furthermore, formaldehyde-based adhesives are derived from fossil resources whose reserves are limited. In order to solve these problems, soy-based wood adhesive without formaldehyde is being explored. The authors review in this paper the following areas that are being explored in soy-based adhesives including the development history, bonding mechanism, modification methods, physical properties and processing parameters. The results showed that modified soy-based adhesive can be used for plywood, flooring production and many other fields.
