摘  要:引进了一款国外某大型拖拉机后桥桥壳,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了4种工况下的应力分析,得到其各种工况下各个位置的应力值和变形量,证明了桥壳的最大应力值和变形量符合使用要求;进行了模态分析,得出了该桥壳在前6阶的振型图和频率值,路面激励在50Hz以内。由分析结果可知,桥壳的各阶频率远远大于50Hz,路面激励不会使桥壳产生共振。Introduced a foreign rear axle housing of a large tractor. Using finite element analysis software ANSYS has car- fled on the stress analysis of four kinds of operating condition, get all kinds of working conditions, the location of the stress and deformation. The maximum stress value of the axle housing and deformation meet use requirement. Then has carried on the modal analysis, it is concluded that the vibration of the axle housing from the first-order to sixth-order and frequency values. Road surface excitation frequency within the 50 Hz, The results suggest the natural frequencies of the axle housing is far greater than 50Hz. Road surface excitation doesn't make the axle housing resonances.
