摘　　要：为提高安全工程专业人才培养质量,分析了安全工程专业人才的市场需求及用人单位对安全人才素质的新要求,从优化课程设置、改变实验室建设思路、构建"就业+实习+设计"一体化校企合作教育模式三个方面对高校安全工程专业人才培养进行了构思,为培养综合素质优良的应用型安全工程专业人才提供借鉴。In order to improve the quality of talents training of safety engineering discipline, the social demand and the quality characteristics of professional safety talents were analyzed. At the same time, the thought of talents training of safety engineering discipline was discussed from three aspects of optimizing curriculums, innovating thought of laboratory construction and constructing integrative education model of Employment ＋ Practice ＋ Graduation design.
