摘　　要：大学生科研创新能力是高等学校人才培养的重要指标,然而近年来随着我国高校大学生人数的增多,大学生创新能力培养出现严重下滑。针对当前地方师范高校大学生科研创新能力培养现状,本文提出本科生科研创新能力提高的实践方式方法,以实现长期可持续对大学生科研创新能力的培养。The scientific research innovation ability of undergraduate was the important index of talent cultivation for universities. The innovative ability training of undergraduate was in a serious decline along with the increase in the number of undergraduate in China in recent years. In view of the current present situation of scientific research innovation ability training of undergraduate in local normal university, the practice of the undergraduate scientific research innovation ability to improve methods was put forward in order to achieve long -term sustainable cultivation of undergraduate＇s scientific research innovation ability.
