摘　　要：加强与改进大学生"思想道德修养与法律基础"课程教学,提高高校思想政治理论教育的实效性,一个重要方面在于课程教学的精心设计、合理安排和科学实施。突出的是,把握课程性质,明确教学目的;细化课程任务,秉持教学原则;转化课程内容,改进教学方式;理清课程进程,优化教学环节;注重课程特点,完善教学考评。The strengthening of the teaching of the course Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis, as well as the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, consists in, to some extent, the well-designed reasonal arrangement and scientific implementation in teaching. It is prominent to grasp the nature of this course and clarify the teaching purposes, to refine curriculum task and uphold teaching principles to converse course content and improve teaching methods, to clarify curriculum process and optimize teaching, to focuse on course characteris- tics and improve the teaching evaluation.
