澳洲大蠊与美洲大蠊总糖含量的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较澳洲大蠊与美洲大蠊中总糖含量的差异。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定总糖含量。结果:澳洲大蠊中总糖平均含量为139.6 mg/g,美洲大蠊的为127.6 mg/g,两种蜚蠊的总糖含量差异无统计学意义。结论:两种蜚蠊中总糖含量丰富,且二者的含量比较差异无统计学意义。Objective： To compare the contents of total sugar between Periplaneta australasiae and Periplaneta americana. Methods： The contents of total sugar were determined by Phenol-Sulfuric acid reaction system. Results： The average content of total sugar in Periplaneta australasiae was 139.6 mg/g, and the average content in Periplaneta americana was 127.6 mg/g. Conclusion： The two kinds of cockroaches were all rich in total sugar. There was no significant difference in the contents of total sugar between Periplaneta australasiae and Periplaneta americana.
