摘 要:外籍教师在外语人才培养中的作用越来越明显,他们是我国高校教师中不可缺少的部分。但是外教的聘用效益因制度落实不到位,要求不明了,教学监控评价手段不完善等问题而未充分体现。以大理学院外教管理为例,提出改革外教指标制度,提高待遇,落实职责,将外教纳入教研活动,发挥外教群体效应等措施,以充分发挥和利用外教资源。The important roles of the foreign teachers are more and more obvious. They are indispensable components in our universities. However,since related regulations have not fully carried out,the teaching requirements to the foreign teachers are unclear;the teaching monitoring and evaluation measures are imperfect. We have not maximized the employment benefits. Taking Dali University as a sample,on the topic of the use and management of the foreign teachers,this article proposes a series solutions to fully take the use of the foreign teachers resources,including reforming the employment system,improving the treatment,defining management responsibilities,inviting the foreign teachers to attend the daily teaching and researching activities,and trying to exert the foreign teachers group effect etc.
