摘　　要：目的:探讨医护多专业联合查房模式在外科个案查房中的应用。方法:建立医护多专业联合查房模式并实施。结果:医护多专业联合查房模式改良了查房形式,完善了查房内容,提高了个案查房的效能和护士专业技能,使医护双方专业联系与合作更加密切。结论:实施医护多专业联合查房模式是实施责任制整体护理和个性化护理的需要,对培养护士的专业能力起着积极作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discuss the application of multidisciplinary rounds model in surgical case rounds. Method： Medical multidisciplinary rounds model was established and implemented. Results： The medical multidisciplinary rounds model improved the ward round form and content, the efficiency of case rounds, and the professional skills of nurses. Professional contacts and cooperation between doctors and nurses became much closer. Conclusion： The implement of medical multidisciplinary rounds model is worthy to be carried out in the process of holistic nursing and personal care, and could play a positive role in training nurses＇ professional ability.
