摘　　要：目的:了解不同时期护士使用移动护理信息系统满意度的变化,为进一步推进移动护理信息系统的使用提供依据。方法:于2012年和2013年分别采用自行编制的护士使用移动护理信息系统满意度调查问卷对北京市某三级甲等综合医院的857名和806名护士进行调查。结果 :护士对使用移动护理信息系统过程中科室的培训、患者身份识别、保证患者安全、生命体征录入和护理文件书写、提高护理工作质量和效率、规范护理工作流程方面满意度显著提高(P<0.05);而护士对PDA的手写功能、便携性、数据传输速度、网络稳定性、电池的持续使用时间仍不满意。结论:护士满意移动护理信息系统的功能,但须通过进一步改进PDA的软硬件、提高无线网络支持力度等措施来改善PDA的使用性能,提高护士使用移动护理信息系统的满意度。Objective：To investigate the change of nurses＇satisfaction for mobile nursing information system in the different periods and to provide theoretical foundation for promoting nurse＇s usage of mobile nursing information system. Method：Totally 857 nurses in 2012 and 806 nurses in 2013 in a teriary Grade A general hospital in Beijing were investigated by self-designed mobile nursing information system satisfaction questionnaire. Results：Nurses＆#39; satisfaction for mobile nursing information system were signiifcantly improved in the aspects of usage training, patients＇ identiifcation, patient safety assurance, vital signs data entry, nursing documents writing, nursing quality, nursing efifciency and nursing work process. At the same time, nurses were still unsatisifed with handwriting function, portability, data transferring speed, network stability, and battery rum time. Conclusions：Nurses are satisifed with the basic function of mobile nursing information system. But it is necessary to enhance the nurses＇satisfaction by improving the hardware, software and wireless network support of mobile nursing information.
