摘  要:我国速冻食品行业起步于20世纪70年代,到80年代速冻食品生产能力已大大提高;近年来该行业发展飞速,已成为品种多样、规模较大的食品制造业。目前,我国速冻食品行业加工深度及安全性存在诸多问题,但伴随着速冻食品生产设备的创新、冷冻链的建立、相关标准体系的完善,以及速冻食品在国际贸易份额的不断增大,该行业的发展前景十分广阔,必将成为我国食品行业中最有发展前途的产业之一。Frozen food industry in China started in the 1970s. In 1980s, the capacity of frozen food production has been greatly improved. In recent years, the industry was rapidly developed, and has become a diversified, large-scale food manufacturing. At present, the frozen food industry has many problems in the deep processing and security, but with the innovation of the frozen food production equipment, the establishment of the cold chain, the improvement of related standard systems, and the growing share of the frozen food in the international trade, the development prospects of the industry is very broad. It will certainly become one of the most promising food industries in our country.
