摘 要:双离合器自动变速器依托先进的控制技术,在较短时间内的实现了动力平稳切换;但依然存在离合器磨损严重、动力干涉的问题,以及核心的控制技术主要被少数国家掌握、国产DCT控制技术相对落后的现状,鉴于此提出了新型结构、易于控制的超越式双离合自动变速器。文中介绍了其结构及换挡原理,基于影响换挡品质的三因素,通过Matlab/simulink软件对换挡品质进行仿真研究;仿真结果表明只需控制一个离合器的超越式DCT可以平稳地实现动力换挡、冲击度较小,并且减少了滑磨功,简化了换挡控制,有效地提高了换挡品质。Dual-clutch transmission can achieve the smooth power switch in the shorter time based on the advanced control techniques,but it still exists the problem of master-slave friction plates wore seriously and power interference,as well as the current situation that major control techniques are firmly grasped by few countries and control techniques of DCT that made in China are relatively backward.Therefore,an overrunning DCT was designed based on the principle of overrunning clutch.The structural characteristics and shift principle had been introduced,Finally,based on the three elements that affect shift quality,shifting qugity was analyzed by Matlab/simulink.The simulation results indicated that overrunning DCT that only controlled one clutch could realize power shifting steady with the smaller degree of jerk,reduced slipping frictional power,in addition,simplified shift control and effectively improved the shift quality.
