产业技术创新战略联盟冲突类型与影响因素的关联分析

摘　　要：理论和实证分析了产业技术创新战略联盟不同冲突类型及其影响因素间的相关关系。研究结果表明联盟成员目标的不一致会强化联盟的任务和过程冲突,联盟资源投入的不均衡性、联盟绩效考核和利益共享机制的不健全会加剧联盟的过程和关系冲突。信息沟通共享机制不健全则会加剧联盟的过程、任务和关系冲突,而文化同质性则可以缓和联盟任务、过程和关系冲突。This paper analyzes the relationship between different types of conflicts of industrial technologies and innovation strategic al liance （ITISA） and its influential factors.Through questionnaires and data analysis,we find that differential goals of the alliance members would strengthen ITISA task conflict and process conflict.Unbalanced resource input,unfair assessment of alliance performance and distribution of benefits would contribute to intensify ITISA process conflict and relationship conflict.Imperfect mechanisms of information communication and sharing would strengthen ITISA task conflict,process conflict and relationship conflict.However,homogeneous culture could reduce ITISA task conflict,process conflict and relationship conflict.
