摘  要:通过共振柱试验测得的土单元体剪切模量与阻尼比随剪应变发展的非线性关系,是进行土层地震反应分析的重要参数.为了详细研究这一关系在剪应变水平10-6~10-2范围内的表现,拓展地震场地反应的研究空间,与英国GDS公司合作研发了新型共振柱试验机GDS-RCA.本文介绍了该仪器的主要技术参数,工作原理及性能特点,并与原有的IEM-GZ-1型共振柱的试验结果进行比较研究.结果表明在10-6~10-4的低应变范围内剪切模量比测试结果一致,但GDS-RCA通过低频扭剪模式,将共振柱试验土体的应变测试范围扩大到10-6 ~ 10-2,为场地土动力特性和地震反应分析研究提供了新的有效工具.The nonlinear relationships between the shear modulus and damping ratio with respect to the progress of shear strain are important parameters for site earthquake response analysis. To specifically explore the soil response under shear strain 10 -6 - 10-2, a new resonant-column test apparatus GDS-RCA was developed by GDS Ltd. coop- erated with IEM. This paper aims to describe the main technical parameters, operation mechanism, and test per- formanee of GDS-RCA. The test results are compared with those by the former IEM-GZ-1 resonant-column appara- tus, which indicate that the test results by the two apparatuses are consistent under low shear strain as 10 -6 - 10-4, while GDS-RCA expands the shear strain to 10-4 - 10-2 by using low-frequency torsional shear test mode. There- after, an efficient tool is provided for dynamic soil parameter and earthquake response analysis.
