摘  要:考察了表面活性剂对Gibberella intermedia CA3-1双羟化去氢表雄酮生成三羟基雄甾烯酮的影响。在转化体系中添加表面活性剂可以加快Gibberella intermedia CA3-1羟化去氢表雄酮的转化反应并使产物三羟基雄甾烯酮的得率有所提高。Tween-80对转化促进作用明显,在底物投料质量浓度为8 g/L,转化72 h时产物得率达到53%,较对照实验提高了约5%。研究了表面活性剂添加量对转化的影响以及其对菌体生长的影响,推测表面活性剂促进甾体转化的原因,为表面活性剂在甾体生物转化反应中的应用奠定了基础。Effect of surfactants on dihydroxylation efficiency from dehydroepiandrosterone by Gibberella intermedia CA3-1 was investigated. By adding different surfactants to the fermentation liquid, a new conversion system with upgrades of product yield was developed. Tween-80 was preferred for the conversion system due to the better biocompatibility and higher product yield. When the substrate concentration was 8 g/L, the product yield could reach 53% in 72 h conversion, which was 5% higher than the control experiment. In addition, the influences of the surfactant concentrations on biotransformation and cell growth were also studied. This study provides a theoretical foundation and basic data for the application of the surfactants in the steroid biotransformation.
