妇幼保健机构医护人员对孕产妇产后精神分裂症的识别

摘　　要：目的了解保定市妇幼保健机构的医护人员对孕产妇产后精神分裂症的识别率及识别后处理情况,为进一步开展孕产期妇女心理保健工作提供依据。方法采用分层典型抽样方法,选取保定市12家妇幼保健机构(5家妇幼保健院妇产科和7家综合性医院)妇产科所有的医护人员267人。采用卫生部《精神卫生工作指标调查问卷》调查分析,完成对孕产妇常见心理行为问题病例分析中有关产后精神分裂症患者的识别和处理项目。结果实际260人完成调查。妇幼保健机构的医护人员对孕产妇产后精神分裂症识别率为10.39%,其中综合性医院妇产科医护人员对孕产妇产后精神分裂症识别率高于妇幼保健院医护人员(χ2=4.459,P<0.05)。识别后选择该病例目前最需要补充资料的正确率为64.62%;选择该病例目前最合适处理的正确率为18.46%。结论妇幼保健机构的医护人员对孕产妇产后精神分裂症识别率低及识别处理能力不足,有必要加强精神医学知识培训。Objective To investigate the recognition and treatment of postpartum schizophrenia among clinicians and nurses serving in the maternal and child treatment institutions in Baoding, and provide the basis for pregnant women＂ psychological health care work. Methods From Mar to Apr 2011, using typical sampling method,267 medical personnel from 12 maternal and child treatment institutions in Baoding were administered with maternal psycho-behavior problems analysis questionnaire about postpartum schizophrenia. ＂ Mental Health Indicator Survey questionnaire＂ , recommended by the Ministry of Health, were assessment tools. Results 260 people completed the assessment. The correct rate of recognition of postpartum schizophrenia of medical personnel in maternal and child treatment institutions was 10.39%, The correct rate of recognition of postpartum Schizophrenia of medical personnel of the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in general hospitals was higher than that in maternity and child care centers （χ^2 = 4. 459,P 〈 0.05 ）. The correct rate of the cases of the most additional materials at present was 64.62% ;The correct rate of the cases of the most appropriate treatment at present was 18.46%. Conclusion Medical personnel in maternal and child treatment institutions are not fully capable of recognizing and treating postpartum schizophrenia. It is necessary to strengthen the mental medical knowledge training.
