军人男性精神分裂症患者吸烟原因对比研究

摘　　要：探讨军人男性精神分裂症患者吸烟原因。方法采用Russell吸烟原因问卷和一般情况调查表,对60例军人男性住院精神分裂症患者(研究组)进行测评,同时与60例一般吸烟者(对照组)进行对比研究。结果与对照组相比,研究组Russell吸烟原因问卷的镇静(t=3.088,P=0.003)、瘾(t=3.005,P=0.003)及依赖分(t=2.162,P=0.033)明显升高,心理意象因子分(t=-2.716,P=0.008)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);手口活动、享乐、刺激及自动分无明显差异。相关分析发现,Russell吸烟原因问卷总分与吸烟时间、平均每日吸烟量及家族吸烟史呈显著正相关,与受教育年限、婚姻状况显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论军人男性精神分裂症吸烟患者吸烟的心理依赖和躯体依赖均严重,吸烟时间、家族吸烟史及文化程度和婚姻状况是明显的影响因素。Objective To explore the smoking reasons of male schizophrenic in soldiers. Methods Using Russell＇s Reasons for Smoking Questionnaire（RRSQ） and general state questionnaire to assess 60 male hospitalized schizophrenics in soldiers （study group） and 60 normal smokers （ control group）. Results Compared with control group, scores of sedative （ t = 3. 088, P = 0.003 ）, addictive （ t = 3. 005, P = 0. 003 ）and dependent （t =-2. 162, P = 0.033 ） gene of RRSQ in study group were higher and the gene scores of psychological image gene （t = -2. 716, P = 0.008 ） was lower（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant differences in hand-mouth activity, indulgent, stimulation and automatic between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The total score of RRSQ was positive correlation with smoking times, average daily smoking amount and family smoking history but negative correlation with education times and marital status. Conclusion The psychological and somatic dependences on smoking reasons of male schizophrenics in soldsier are severe, smoking, family smoking history, education and marital status are significant influencing factors.
