盐酸舍曲林合并养心安神汤治疗老年期抑郁的对照研究

摘　　要：目的了解盐酸舍曲林合并中药养心安神汤治疗首发老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将符合入组标准的80例首发老年抑郁症患者随机分为研究组及对照组。研究组以舍曲林合并养心安神汤治疗,对照组单用舍曲林治疗。治疗6周后统计两组的有效率;分别于治疗后1、2、4、6周进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。第6周末采用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗6周后,研究组痊愈的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组HAMD评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),以研究组在各周降分更为明显(49.3%,P<0.01)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论盐酸舍曲林合并养心安神汤治疗老年抑郁症比单用盐酸舍曲林起效快,治愈率高,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sertraline hydrochloride combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yangxin Anshen Decoction in the treatment of first-episode senile depression. Methods A total of 80 patients with first-episode senile depression were randomly divided into study group and control group. Study group took sertratine hydrochloride combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yangxin Anshen Decoction, control group took sertraline hydrochloride single. After 6 weeks of treatment, the efficiency rates of two groups were counted;At first week, second weeks, fourth weeks, sixth weeks of after treatment, using Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） to assess. At Sixth weekend,using TESS scale to assess adverse reactions. Results After 6 weeks treatment,the cure proportion in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05） ;HAMD scores of two groups were lower significantly than that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the study group was more obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions of two groups. Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride combined with Yangxin Anshen Decoction in the treatment of senile depression has faster onset of action, higher cure rate, more safe and reliable than single use of sertraline hydrochloride.
