心理健康状态意象投射测验的编制及信、效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制一个适合检测我国人群心理健康状态的意象投射测验，并检验其信度和效度。方法在心理咨询案例分析、文献研究、专家访谈和讨论的基础上，编制心理健康意象投射测验的初测版。在小范围进行小样本测验，经专家分析形成正式版问卷。采用整群抽样的方法，在北京市11所学校共抽取406位教师完成了心理健康意象投射测验，症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表的测试。间隔1个月随机抽取部分被试50人用心理健康投射测验进行重测。对所得数据进行描述性统计、项目分析、结构分析，检验量表的信、效度。结果项目分析删除题项与总分无显著相关，临界比率法无显著差异的3个题项。探索性因素分析得到4个因子，因子负荷值为0．48—0．79。总量表的内部一致性信度0．67（P〈0．01），重测信度0．93（P〈0．01），与SCL-90的相关系数为0．23（P〈0．01），与SAS的相关系数为0．24（P〈0．01），与SDS的相关系数为0．27（P〈0．01）。结论在我国文化背景下，本研究所编制的意象投射测验具有较好的信度和效度，可用于成年人心理健康状态检测。Objective To work out an imagery projective test suitable for detection of the mental health status of Chinese population, and test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on psychological counseling case analysis, literature research, expert interview and discussion, establish a pre-test version of mental health imagery projective test. Administrate the test among a small sample within a small range and work out an official version after being analyzed by experts. By cluster sampling method, the mental health imagery projective test, SCL- 90（ Symptom Checklist 90）, SAS（ Self-rating Anxiety Scale） and SDS（ Self-rating Depression Scale） were administrated to 406 subjects among teachers from 11 schools in Beijing. By random sampling method,50 subjects were re -tested in the mental health imagery projective test after one month. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, item analysis and structural analysis to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results 3 items that showed no significant association with total score and no significant difference in critical ratio were deleted after item analysis. Exploratory factor analysis found 4 factors. The factor loading values ranged from 0.48 - 0.79. The totalscale had a 0.67 internal consistency reliability. The test-retest coefficient was 0.93 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The correlations of the total-scale with SCL -90, SAS and SDS were 0. 23 ,0. 24,0. 27 （P 〈 0.01 ）. All the correlations reached the statistical significance. Conclusion In our cultural context, the mental health imagery projective test in this study shows good reliability and validity and can be used for detection of adults＇ mental health status.
