大学生时间管理倾向与责任心的关系及性别差异分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向与责任心的关系及其性别差异,为高校对学生进行时间管理技能培训和责任心教育提供参考。方法采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和大学生责任心问卷,对450名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果①时间管理倾向和责任心存在显著性别差异,女大学生得分显著高于男大学生(t=2.80,P<0.01;t=5.14,P<0.001);②时间管理倾向各维度与责任心各维度均呈显著正相关(P<0.001);③回归分析表明时间效能感、时间价值感和时间监控观能有效预测大学生的责任心水平,联合解释量为42.3%。其中,时间效能感对大学生责任心最具预测力,解释量为36.3%。结论女大学生时间管理倾向和责任心显著高于男大学生,且大学生时间管理倾向能有效预测其责任心水平。Objective To explore the relations between college students＇disposition on time management and their sense of responsibility as well as its difference on different sex. Methods A total of 450 college students were tested by Time Management Disposition Scale and College Students＂ Responsibility Questionnaire. Results （1）There were significant sex difference on time management disposition and responsibility,Female college students were much more higher than male college students （t = 2. 80, P 〈 0. 01;t = 5. 14, P 〈 0. 001 ）. （2） All the dimensions of time management disposition were significantly positively correlated with those of responsibility （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. （3） Regression analysis indicated that sense of time efficacy,sense of time value and sense of time control could accurately predict college students＇responsibility, cumulative rate was 42.3%. Above all, the sense of time efficacy proved to be most convincing in predicting college students responsibility, explained variance was 36.3 %. Conclusion Female college students＂ time management disposition and responsibility are significantly higher than those of male college students, and the time management disposition can accurately predict the level of college studentsesponsibility.
