摘　　要：目的探讨大学生人际交往与人格特质的关系。方法采用卡特尔16种人格特质问卷和大学生人际交往综合诊断量表对唐山市281名本科大学生进行调查。结果①不同专业大学生人际困扰总分及接人待物、与异性交往困扰因子的差异有显著性(F=3.340,4.322,4.191;P<0.05);②不同家庭收入大学生在人际交往困扰上无显著性差异;③大学生人际交往困扰整体水平与B聪慧性、C稳定性、E恃强性、F兴奋性、G有恒性、H敢为性、Q3自律性呈显著负相关(r=-0.166,-0.273,-0.443,-0.164,-0.272,-0.336,-0.061;P<0.01),与L怀疑性、O忧虑性、Q4紧张性呈显著正相关(r=0.374,0.457,0.382;P<0.01)。结论医学专业大学生人际困扰低于理科和文科专业;性格聪慧、稳定、自律的大学生人际困扰少。Objective To investigate the relationship between college students interpersonal communication and personality traits. Methods A total of 281 college students in Tangshan were investigated by Cartel 16 Personality Questionnaire and college students interpersonal comprehensive diagnosis scale. Results （1） Different majors of college students had significant differences in interpersonal problems and access to be material, plagued with the opposite sex （F = 3. 340,4. 322,4. 191 ;P 〈 0.05 ） ;（2）Different household income of college students had no significant difference in the troubled interpersonal;（3）Troubled interpersonal was negative correlation with intelligence, stability, strong resistance, excitability, perseverance, boldness, Q3 self-discipline, （ r = -0. 166, -0. 273, -0. 443, -0. 164, -0. 272, - 0. 336, -0. 061 ; P 〈 0.01 ）, and positive correlation with suspicion, apprehension, Q4 tension （ r = 0. 374,0. 457,0. 382 ; P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Medical college students interpersonal problems is less than that of science and arts students;wise, stable and self-discipline college students have fewer interpersonal problems.
