摘　　要：美国全国医学图书馆网络(大西洋中部地区)于2011年进行了一项大规模调查,了解图书馆和信息服务对临床医疗所起的作用。被调查者回答了一系列他们在病人医疗中检索和使用信息的有关问题。绝大多数人承认图书馆和信息资源是有价值的,认为他们获得的信息对病人医疗有帮助。调查结果对我国医学图书馆的信息服务有一定借鉴作用。NN/LM （ central area of atlantic ocean） conducted a large - scale, muhisite study on the value and impact of library and information services on patient care. Survey respondents were asked to base their responses on a recent incident in which they had sought information for patient care. Most of them said that they had definitely or probably handled aspects of the patient care situation differently as a result of the information. Library and informa- tion resources were perceived as valuable, and the information obtained was seen as having an impact on patient care. This result may be useful for reference to the information service of medical library in our country.
