摘 要:超高温超高压射孔完井技术是制约油气勘探开发向深部油气藏挺进和深层套管完井的关键瓶颈技术。在山前区块前期开发射孔完井过程中遭遇复杂工程事故,如封隔器以下的管柱断裂、封隔器提前失封等。射孔完井技术面临着高黏度高切力泥浆、超高温、超高压、井筒完整性、管柱安全性等一系列难题。油气井施工前期开展整合与优化激动压力预测技术、井筒动态压力预测技术、管柱力学分析技术、器材技术、起爆监测技术以及现场工艺技术等工作,解决山前区块超深超高温超高压油气井射孔完井技术瓶颈。该技术在山前区块得到了全面技术应用验证,各项工艺技术优势显著,对中国深部油气藏勘探具有重要的意义,提升了试油完井的整体技术水平。Super high temperature and pressure and super penetration perforating completion technology is restricted in deep oil and gas exploration and development. It is the key bottleneck of oil and gas reservoirs and deep casing completions. Pre-development process in front area of Mount Heaven, perforating completion suffered from complex engineering accidents, such as string breakage under packer, early loss of packer seal, and so on. Perforating completion technology faces a series of puzzles, such as high shear viscosity mud, super high temperature, super high pressure, wellbore integrity, security of strings. We carry out the technology integration of oil and gas well pre-development process and optimize the thrilled pressure prediction techniques, dynamic pressure wellbore forecasting techniques, string mechanics analysis technology, equipment, technology and on-site monitoring techniques, etc. , to overcome the oil and gas well completion technology bottlenecks for super deep well super high temperature pressure perforating technology in front area of Mount Heaven. The technology has been comprehensively validated in front area of Mount Heaven. It has a significant advantage of the technology and enhances the domestic oil testing technological level of completion in deep reservoir exploration.
