摘 要:[目的]探讨三丁基氯化锡(TBTCl)对僧帽牡蛎抗氧化酶系统毒性的影响程度及致毒机制。[方法]在实验室条件下,研究不同浓度(1、2、5、10和100rig/L)的三丁基氯化锡(TBTC1)在不同暴露时间(24、72、96h)对僧帽牡蛎消化腺和鳃的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和硒依赖谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(Se—GPx)活性的影响。J结果]当佃TCl浓度为1和2ng/L时,在整个实验期间TBTCl对消化腺和鳃内SOD和Se—GPx活性无显著影响(P〉0.05),而对消化腺CAT活性有显著诱导作用(P〈0.05)。当TBTcl浓度为5~100ng/L时,SOD、CAT和Se—GPx的活性都呈现不同程度的时间剂量依赖关系。[结论]该研究可为餐桌食品污染的防患、无公害水产品的生产和环境检测提供科学依据。[ Objective ] The influencing degree of tributyhin chloride (TBTC1) on toxicity of antioxidant enzyme activity system in Ostrea cu- cuUata and its toxic mechanism. [ Method] The effects of exposing to different concentrations( 1,2,5,10 and 100 ng/L) of TBTC1 for 24,72 and 96 h on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,catalase (CAT) and selenium dependent glntathione peroxidase (Se-GPx) were stud- ied under laboratory conditions. [ Result] When TBTC1 concentration was 1 and 2 ng/L respectively, TBTC1 had no significant effect on the activity of SOD and Se-GPx in gills and digestive gland of O. cucullata during the whole experiment period( P 〉 0.05 ) and had significant in- ductive effects on CAT activity in the activity of CAT in the digestive gland(P 〈0.05). When TBTC1 concentration was 5 - 100 ng/L, the ac- tivities of SOD, CAT and Se-GPx showed different degree of time and dose dependent relations. [ Conclusion] The research could provide sci- entific basis for preventing the food pollution, the production of harmless aquatic products and environmental detection.
