摘　　要：原发性腹膜后软组织肉瘤是较为罕见的恶性肿瘤,精确的术前评估,早期手术治疗,选择合理的辅助治疗方案至关重要.加强分子病理、药物学、诊断及靶向治疗等多方面研究,改善患者的预后,提高生存质量是未来的发展方向.Primary retroperitoneal soft tissue sarcoma is a rare type of malignant tumor. Accu- rate preoperative evaluations, early surgical interventions and reasonable adjuvant therapies are cruci- al. Intensifying researches of molecular pathology, pharmacology, diagnostics and targeted therapeu- tics and improving the prognosis and quality-of-life of patients are our future goals.
