摘 要:铁路某车站增设固定式真空卸污系统,主要解决车站列车卸污作业问题。测试某车站高速场真空卸污系统性能,主要验证该系统是否满足设计要求。车站运营列车进站后,测试高速场真空卸污系统卸污作业耗时,包括单个污物箱清空时间与整列车所有污物箱清空时间,同时记录真空机组运行情况,并分析试验数据。数据分析显示该车站高速场真空卸污系统对两列车卸污作业耗时均小于40 min,具备高效、快捷完成列车卸污作业的能力,该系统可以在类似大型铁路枢纽推广。A certain railway station was additionally provided with a fixed-type vacuum sewerage system, mainly to solve the problem of sewage discharge operation from station trains. This study made a performance test on this vacuum sewerage system at the high-speed train yard, mainly to verify whether this system can meet the design requirements. Meanwhile, after the passenger train enters the station, the elapsed times for the operation of this vacuum sewerage system at high-speed train yard were tested, including the elapsed time for empting the single sewage tank and the elapsed time for empting all sewage tanks of the whole train. At the same time, the operation situation of vacuum unit was recorded and the experiment data were analyzed. Data analysis shows that the elapsed times of sewage discharge operation for two trains are all less than 40 minutes by this vacuum sewerage system at the high-speed yard in the station, and this proves that this vacuum sewerage system at the high-speed yard in the station has the ability to complete the sewage discharge operation efficiently and quickly. Therefore, this system can be widely used for similar large-scale railway terminals.
