茵陈有效成分的药理作用及其临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：茵陈所含的多种单体或化合物成分具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、免疫调节、调节血糖、血脂、血压及抗肿瘤等药理作用,实验及临床研究发现对于肝胆疾病、妇科疾病术后后遗症、母婴血型不和、重症胰腺炎、糖尿病、肺炎、口腔溃疡、急性结膜炎和防癌抗癌作用。综述近年发表的中外文文献资料,对茵陈的药理作用和临床应用,以及进一步研究茵陈有效成分尤其是单体成分的药理作用机制作一分析,为其更广泛的临床使用奠定研究基础。Chinese herbal medicine Artemisiae Scopariae Herba contained a variety of monomers or compound has the effects of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti viral, immune regulation, blood sugar, blood lipid, blood pressure regulation and antitumor, experimental and clinical study found that has better therapeutic effect for hepatobiliary dis- ease, postoperative sequelae of Gynecological disease, maternal-fetal blood group incompatibility, severe acute pancre- atitis, pneumonia, diabetes, oral ulcer, acute conjunctivitis, and anti-cancer effect. Summary of the 1 st 10 years pub- lished in foreign literature, pharmacological action and clinical application of Herba Artemisiae capillaris, and the fur- ther study on effective components especially analysis making pharmacological machine monomer composition, which lays a foundation for its wider clinical use.
