摘 要:对饮食限制在学习记忆和抗肿瘤方面作用的研究进展进行了概述.饮食限制可通过改善大脑海马区的神经细胞、脑源性神经营养因子和降低氧化应激作用等,增强机体的学习记忆能力,预防老年痴呆症.饮食限制可增强机体的抗氧化酶活性,降低胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和血糖水平、诱导癌细胞凋亡及抑制肿瘤血管生成等,进而抑制肿瘤的生长,延长机体的寿命.因此,可通过饮食限制提高机体清除自由基的能力,增强机体的免疫力,延缓机体的衰老,抑制肿瘤的发生,预防老年痴呆症.It was summarized the recent advances in research of learning-memory and anti-tumor ability of di- etary restriction. Dietary restriction could enhance the learning-memory ability of mice and/or rats and prevent senile dementia by improving hippocampal neurons, brain-derived neurotrophic factor ( BDNF) and decreasing oxidative stress. Dietary restriction could also inhibit many tumors such as breast cancer, hepatoma, prostate tumor, brain tumor and prolong lifespan by enhancing antioxidant enzymes' activity, decreasing IGF-1 and blood glucose level, inducing cancer cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. It was concluded that dietary restriction could inhibit tumorigenesis and prevent senile dementia by improving the ability of scaven- ging free radical, enhancing immunity and delaying senescence of organism.
