摘 要:两个实验分别探讨了中国英语学习者离线、在线解读英语VP+NP+PP歧义句的认知过程。实验1发现,PP结构前置语境NP中的冠词变化不影响中国英语学习者对PP结构的依附策略,高、低水平的被试都倾向将PP结构依附VP;实验2发现中国英语学习者在即时解读英语歧义句的过程中对歧义PP结构前置语境NP中的冠词变化不敏感,但高水平学习者比低水平学习者对句法结构更为敏感。实验结果不支持指称理论,但是验证了二语习得的接口假设。Two experiments are conducted to explore gies of PP structure in the processing of English VP changes of articles in NPs did not affect the learners' Chinese English learners' offline and online attachment strate- + NP + PP ambiguous sentences. Experiment 1 found that the offline attachment strategies, both the high and the low profi- ciency learners tended to attach the PPs on VPs; Experiment 2 found that both the high and the low proficiency learners were not sensitive to the variation of articles, but the high proficiency learners were more sensitive to the ambiguous PP structures than the low proficiency learners while online processing the ambiguous sentences. The re- suits did not support the Referential Theory, but lent some evidence for the "Interface Hypothesis" in Second Lan- guage Acquisition.
