摘　　要：物流组织变革是企业物流管理的核心要素之一 ,通过组织结构的调整 ,工作流程的优化 ,和员工思想与行动的革新 ,提高物流组织的工作效率 ,实现物流系统的一体化。物流组织变革在合理的原则和操作程序下才能真正得以实施 。Organization revolution is one of the key elements of Management of Business Logistics.Throught the adjustment of organization structure,the optimization of material flow and flow,the renovation of thinking and action of employees,logistics organization revolution can improve the working efficiency of logistics organization,and realize the integration of logistics system.Only following certain reasonable principles and procedures,would organization revolution be carried out successfully.In a result,enterprises will acquire competition advantages and benefits.
