Practice and evaluation of infiltrating moral education into professional education in secondary vocational school

摘  要:目的探索一套既能增强中职学生的德育素质又能提高专业教学效果的教育模式。方法随机选取某中职学校中专药剂专业共140名学生为研究对象。实验班采用德育渗透模式教学,对照班采用传统教学模式教学,采用问卷调查法、对比实验等研究方法,进行统计分析。结果实验班的平均分和及格率分别为(72.4±10.0)、88.4%,均高于对照班(60.6±14.0)、47.9%。实验班与对照班在学习成绩、职业认知、职业道德认知、职业道德行为等方面差异均有统计学意义。结论在中职药剂免疫学基础和病原生物学教学中进行德育渗透教学不但能够提升学生的学习能力和学习兴趣,同时能提高学生综合素质,有利于中国特色社会主义建设人才的培养。Objective To explore a set of education mode that can improve not only the quality of the secondary vocational students'moral education but also the professional course teaching. Methods 140 students on secondary vocational pharmacy major were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was taught with mode of moral education infiltration, the control group was taught with traditional teaching mode. The results of this investigation are analyzed by questionnaire, comparative test and statistics. Results The average score and pass rate of the experimental group are (72.4 ± 10) and 88.4% , but those of the control group were (60.6 ± 14 ) and 47.9%. There were statistically significant differences in learning achievement, occupation cognition, occupation moral cognition, occupation moral behavior between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusions The results show that infiltrating the moral education in medical microbiology and immunity can enhance students'learning ability and interest, boost their comprehensive quality. It is beneficial to cultivate the talents for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
