摘  要:[目的]探究咪唑类离子液体对斜纹夜蛾的毒杀作用。[方法]研究了2种新烟碱类杀虫剂和3种咪唑类离子液体对斜纹夜蛾的室内毒力测定,并研究了2类药剂混配之后的联合毒力。[结果]吡虫啉48 h的LC50为45.905;啶虫咪48 h的LC50为69.712;溴化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑48h的LC50为6.968 mg/L;溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑48 h的LC50为9.251 mg/L;1,2-二甲基咪唑48 h的8.043 mg/L。发现只有吡虫啉+溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑按1∶1比例混配之后具有增效作用,啶虫咪+溴化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑,按4∶1比例混配后具有拮抗作用,其他比例均为相加作用。[结论]溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑可使斜纹夜蛾体壁松软、缝隙加大、塌陷。[ Objective ] The study aimed to explore the toxic action of imidazole ions on Prodenia litura (Fabricius). [ Method] The toxic ac- tion of two kinds of neonicotinoids and three kinds of ionic liquids on P. litura were measured, the virulence of two types of pharmaceutical compounding joint after were studiedl. [ Result] The result showed that the LC50 of Imidacloprid and Acetamiprid were 45. 905 mg/L and 69. 712 mg/L respectively, the LC50 of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium and 1,2-dimethylimidazole were 6. 968 mg/L, 9. 251 mg/L and 8. 043 mg/L respectively. The study showed that only imidacloprid + bromide 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium press af- ter mixed 1 : 1 with synergism Acetamiprid + bromide 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole, 4:1 with the proportion of mixed antagonism, other ratios are additive effect. The impact of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium on P. litura body wall was studied as well. [ Conclusion ] The experiments showed that the 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium lead P. litura body wall to so soft, increase the gap, collapse.
