摘  要:[目的]对河川沙塘鳢雌、雄鱼亲鱼肌肉中脂肪酸含量进行比较。[方法]以不同生殖时期(III、IV和V期)的河川沙塘鳢雌、雄鱼亲鱼为研究对象,采用氯仿-甲醇溶液抽提法和气相色谱法分析其肌肉脂肪酸组成的变化。[结果]在雌、雄亲鱼肌肉中检测到27种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富。在河川沙塘鳢雌鱼肌肉中n-3系列脂肪酸含量基本保持不变,n-6系列脂肪酸含量在III期达到最高值,在V期达到最低值,n-6系列脂肪酸主要被用于卵巢的发育。在河川沙塘鳢雄鱼肌肉中,在IV期n-6系列脂肪酸含量达到最大值,为精巢的发育储存能源。雌、雄亲鱼肌肉中n-3系列脂肪酸含量大于n-6系列脂肪酸。[结论]该研究为开展河川沙塘鳢的人工增养殖提供理论指导。[Objective] The research aimed to compare the content of fatty acid in the muscles of female and male Odontobutis potamophila. [ Method ] Taking female and male ontobutis potamophila in different reproductive stages (Ⅲ, Ⅳ and V stages) as the research objects, the chan- ges of fatty acid composition in the muscles were analyzed by using chloroform - methanol extraction method and gas chromatography. [ Result ] 27 kinds of fatty acids were detected in the muscles of male and female 0. potamophila and there was rich unsaturated fatty acids in the muscles. The content of n-3 fatty acids remained unchanged in the muscles of female O. potamophila. The content of n-6 fatty acids reached the maximum at Ill stage and the minimum at V stage, n-6 fatty acids were mainly used the development of ovaries. In the muscles of male 0. potamophila, the content of n-6 fatty acids reached the maximum at IV stage, which stored energy for the development of testis. The content of n-3 fatty acids in the muscles of female, potamophila was higher than that of n-6 fatty acids. [ Conclusion] The research provided theoretical guide for the artifi- cial culture of O. potamophila.
