摘　　要：将先进的危害分析和关键控制点管理理念应用到温州白银豆的田间生产中,通过对无公害白银豆各种植环节中的危害分析、确定关键控制点并找出关键点的控制方法,探索出一套有效、易操作、适用于温州无公害白银豆田间生产的HACCP体系。Applied the advanced HACCP management concept to the production of Wenzhou Phaseolus Lunatus L. field, by doing hazard a- nalysis of each planting step of pollution-free Phaseolus Lunatus L. , identifying the critical control point and the control method of the critical point, a HACCP system for the production of Wenzhou pollution-free Phaseolus Lunatus L. field which is effective, suitable and easy to operate was explored.
