摘　　要：指出我国红茶现有4种国家地理标志产品、17件国家地理标志商标、5种国家农产品地理标志,介绍了我国红茶的地理标志保护现状,分析存在的主要问题以及相关对策,并提出了6点建议。There are 4 kinds of national products of geographical indications, 17 national geographical indication trademarks, 5 kinds of agri- cultural products with national geographical indications of the black tea in China. The protection status of geographical indications of the black tea in China was introduced, the main problems and countermeasures were analyzed, and 6 suggestions were put forward.
