摘 要:随着中国经济的发展及全球经济一体化进程的加快,国内外市场的联系日益密切;与此同时,消费者需求和竞争对手等外部环境的变化为企业的发展带来不确定性,企业如何调整自身的资源以更好地服务市场是亟待研究的课题。以我国企业为研究对象,致力于市场导向均衡、组织学习平衡与产品创新绩效的关系研究,提出市场导向均衡的匹配均衡和联合均衡,分析两个维度及其交互效应对产品创新绩效的影响,并进一步探讨组织学习平衡在市场导向均衡与产品创新绩效之间的中介作用。With the development of China~ economy and global economic integration, the domestic market has a more clos- er relationship with the international market. Changes from external environment, such as consumer demand and competi- tion have brought uncertainty for enterprises. How to adjust their resources to serve the market in a better way is an urgent task. The research has a background of enterprises in our country, which is c, 'nmitted to find out the relationship among market orientation balance, organizational learning balance and the product inno, "zn performance. The paper puts forward matching balance dimension and combined balance dimension that constitutes m~,~ ~t orientation balance. It demonstrates the influence of two dimensions and their interaction effect for product innovation performance. The paper tries to further ex- plore the intermediary role of organizational learning balance between market - oriented balance and product innovation per- formance.
