摘　　要：20世纪90年代中期开始马来西亚着力发展私立高等教育,并颁布与实施了一系列有关高等教育私有化的政策法规。这不但促进了私立高等教育的大发展,更为私立高等教育合法合规地发展提供了保障。Since mid of 1990 s, Malaysia began to put efforts into the development of private higher education . Therefore , Malaysia has enacted and implemented a series of acts for the privatization of higher education .Passing legislation ensures the legal identity of private higher education , realizes the alienability of power , specifies and strengthens quality control , promotes the enterprization of public universities , strengthens the national identity , en-sures the equity of education and so on .,in order to provide policy support for private higher education .
