摘 要:目的探讨胰腺癌β1肾上腺素能受体(β1-AR)基因49、389位密码子单核苷酸多态性及其与胰腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,检测64例胰腺癌组织和20例正常胰腺组织中β1-AR基因49、389位点单核苷酸多态性的分布特征,分析其多态性与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果胰腺癌中存在β1-AR基因多态性,但胰腺癌组β1-AR基因49、389位点的基因型和等位基因分布频率与正常胰腺组织比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),并且两位点的基因型分布频率与胰腺癌病人的临床病理特征均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论β1-AR基因49、389位点多态性与胰腺癌无明显相关性,β1-AR基因可能与胰腺癌的发生发展无密切关系,但尚需大样本进一步研究。Objective To investigate the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) in positions 49 and 389 of B1-adre- nergie receptor (B1-AR) in pancreatic carcinoma, and its correlation with clinical pathology of the cancer. Methods A total of 64 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 20 healthy controls were genotyped by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP). The association between distribution of genotype and clinicopathologic characters of pancreatic carcinoma was analyzed. Results The differences of distribution of the genotypes and alleles between pancreatic cancer and healthy controls were not signi-ficant (P〉0.05). The SNPs in positions 49 and 389 had no significant correlation with features of clinical pathology of the cancer (P〉0.05). Conclusion No obvious relationship was detected between SNPs of B1-AR and pancreatic carcinoma. B1-AR may not closely associated with the onset and development of this malignancy, but, a further large-sample study is required.
