MST1与YAP1在食管疾病中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨哺乳动物绝育20样激酶1（MST 1）、Yes相关蛋白1（Y AP1）在不同类型食管疾病中的表达、临床意义及两者之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学染色方法,检测MST1、YAP1在食管炎、BARRETT食管、食管不典型增生及食管癌组织中的表达。结果 MST1、YAP1在食管炎、BARRETT食管、食管不典型增生及食管癌组织中的表达差异有显著性（V2=41 9.38、60.255,P〈0.05）。MST1、YA P1在食管癌中表达与病人性别、年龄无关（P〉0 0.5）,而与组织分化程度及淋巴结转移有关（V2=5 6.83～9.038,P〈0 0.5）。MS T1与Y AP1在食管癌组织的表达呈负相关（r=-0.451,P〈0 0.5）。结论 MST1、YAP1可能在食管炎到食管癌的发病过程中起关键作用,可为食管癌的预防、治疗和预后判断提供新的靶点。Objective To explore the expressions and significance of mammalian sterile 20-like kinase 1 （MST1）, Yes associated protein 1 （YAP1） in different esophageal diseases and the relationship between the two expressions. Methods By using the immunohistochemical staining method, the expressions of MST1 and YAP1 in esophagitis, Barrett esophagus, atypical hyperplasia and esophageal cancer were detected. Results The expressions of MST1 and YAP1 in reflux esophagitis,BARRETT esophagus, atypical hyperplasia and esophageal neoplasms were significantly different （X2 =41.938,60.255;P〈0.05）. The expres- sions of MST1 and YAP1 in esophageal cancer were unrelated to patient＇s sex and age （P〈0.05）, but related to histological differ- entiation and lymph node metastasis （X2 = 5.683--9.038, P〈0.05）, the expressions showed negatively correlated in this cancer （r=0.451,P〈0.05）. Conclusion MST1 and YAP1 may play a key role in the process from reflux esophagitis to esophageal cancer, which can provide a new target point for prevention, therapy and prognostic prediction of this malignancy.
